Poem with Zoho Writer

 When messing around with Zoho writer, I created a document or two.  Then I noticed that nifty little button that says “Publish”.  I decided to try it with one of my documents.  It’s actually a poem I wrote a couple months ago.  Enjoy.

 

 

Waiting

 

Sitting in the cold

Waiting for something

To warm me

Through and through

It’s so hard when you’re all alone

To wait for something more

Trying to keep hope from failing

It’s like trying to stop the snow from falling

The coldness sneaks deep beneath the skin

And seeps into the bones

But I just can’t stop waiting

For what? 

I know not

But wait here I will

Here in this bone deep cold

Even if I have to wait forever

Freezing in this wait.
